ナチュラルであたたかなサービスと施設

1泊でしたが、素晴らしいの一言です！ハノイからニャチャンへ。飛行機で着いたのは、午前8時、空港の送迎サービスを頼んでいたので、ホテルへは9時前に着いたのですが、そのままチェックイン、またお部屋もアップグレードしていただきました！海まで、約５メートルの客室は、調度品、アメニティに至るまで、ナチュラルな物で揃えられており、心からリラックスできました。ホテルでは、時々イベントが催されており、滞在中に、子供が「マシュマロ作り」に参加しました。英語での説明、欧米人に混じっての参加でしたが、優しく教えていただき、美味しいマシュマロができあがりました。従業員も、パリッとした制服に身を包み、心からのサービスに、身も心も洗われ、センスの良い施設など、まさに楽園という名に相応しいところです。プライスも、スパも含め、他と比べると、2倍程高いと感じました。コストパフォーマンスを除けば、これまで、ハワイ、バリ島、沖縄と定評のあるリゾートホテルに宿泊しましたが、今回のホテルがハード、ソフト面も含めて、ナンバー１と言ってもいい程、素晴らしいホテルでした。

• Travel Tip: 早朝にシクロで、市場見学に行きました。朝5時出発ですが、さわやかな風に吹かれて、市場巡り、フォーやベトナムコーヒーをいただき、8時に終了。日中、暑くなるこの国では、早く起きて、活動し、昼間はビーチでゆっくりと！が一番お勧めな過ごし方です。

清潔で部屋が広い。バスタブが深く大きいのがポイント高い。

日系ホテルらしく綺麗で清潔。 特にバスタブが大きくて深いのが日本人には嬉しいところ。 朝食も種類が豊富で味も申し分なかった。 ただし、ホーチミン中心部からはタクシーで5～10分かかる上、 リゾート感はまったく無いのでホテルを楽しむよりも一日中外で遊んで 快適な睡眠を楽しむのが良いと思う。 タクシーで数分と近くにデタムストリートや有名なPho leや Banh xeo An La Ghienがあるのでローカルフードも楽しめると思う。

Brand New Hotel - awesome service, awesome food!

This hotel was one of the best i'd stayed in Saigon - Friendly staff that are fluent in english, excellent service and everything is so comfy!

• Travel Tip: The chef catering for the buffet are not bad at all, the roast suckling piglet was just to die for!

one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in saigon. great service room was great with all modern facilities great breakfast spreads best free wifi reception(i managed a login speed of 3mpbs constantly and at 3 to 4 bars signal)...which is very good for free.same speed tested throughout even at lobby and cafe. will definately go back there again. great!!!!

Great new hotel, excellent service, very stylish, big and comfortable room,wide-ranging breakfast, peaceful hotel.

hotel nikko saigon was a great new hotel with excellent service. the staff was very friendly and helpful. rooms were very stylish, big and comfortable and had a nice lightning. hotel was peaceful, no voices coming to the room from outside. breakfast was included and it was very varied and wide. impressive entrance and nice lobby with live music. staff speaks english. nice pool area. spa was rather expensive.

New, i like the room layout, the bathroom is open concept, bed very comfortable

hotel is very new, and very nice designed, overall is very comfortable. the staffs are very friendly. both resturants at level 2 and 3 are great, foods are beautiful and clean. i have a little boy is very naughty and make a lot noise, but the staffs are very friendly and patient, thanks.

新しくて綺麗な施設。心地よいスタッフの対応

中国正月に２泊利用しました。 2011年12月にオープンしたばかりとあって、新しくてとても綺麗なホテルでした。ロビーやカフェはとても広く、明るくて尚且つ落ち着いた雰囲気があります。 部屋は、特別広いわけではないですが、全く不自由無い大きさです。ベッドや家具も使いやすく、シャワートイレ付き、照明も程よく明るかったです。洗面台にもう一つゴミ箱が欲しかったのと、バスタブとシャワーが完全に別れている点以外は、大変良かったです。 朝食は、広いカフェで、種類も豊富で良かったです。 スタッフは、日本人もローカルも大変親切で、レセプション、ベルボーイ、ルームサービス、ハウスキーピング、どれをとってもとても良い対応でした。 ロケーションは、空港からタクシーで20~30分程度、160,000ドンくらいでした。渋滞の度合いで、料金は前後するようです。空港内でタクシーチケットを買うと、US$10~12請求されるようです。外で流しを拾っても良いかもしれません。中心部のドンコイ通りまでは、タクシーで１０分程度、60,000ドンくらいでしょう。 ホテルと同じ建物の中（裏手)に、コーヒービーンがありました。店員は英語を話せました。５分ほど歩けば、簡単な食堂？屋台？のようなものがあるようですが、私は利用してないので、良くは解りません。 オープン記念プロモーションで格安で泊まれたのも、このホテルを選んだ理由のひとつでした。
