Service is excellent

Very close from the center of Saigon , very convenient , the excecutive is absolutely good and very professional attitude I am always spent 1 or 2 nights there , the price is high but you got what you paid

• Travel Tip: make sure you pick up the hotels local area map, it is very helpful and has good tips on where to eat.

Staff attitude were great, helpful and patient

Convenient location excess to district 1 shopping area by walking, next to shopping mall and Hard Rock Cafe which make it easy if needed to pick up a gift. Friendly and helpful staff when enquiry being raised. Chinese Restaurant in the hotel served very good food and with nice ambience which great for entertaining, and prices are reasonable. Cons - confusion of the hotel entrance for the taxi driver
