Open in 1999, The Sushi Bar remains one of the top favorites of Saigonese, locals and expats alike. With bright lighting contrasting with dark wood furniture, the place wears a Japanese classic-modern fusion look. A big part of what keeps drawing clients back is the relaxing and fun filled vibe easily noticed in the ground floor bar. While on the ground floor, it is always filled with excited diners, there are more private tatami rooms upstairs, including 2 big rooms which can hold up to 16 diners.
